My name is Krystian Kempa, I am 32 years old and working as a personal trainer and fitness instructor for over 8 years; but I should not.  You probably want to ask why I shouldn’t, according to some doctors I should not be alive, yes that is true, some doctors said it is a miracle that I am still alive because I had a cancer - TWICE!  After I went through the illness and rehabilitation the doctors said “you will never be able live a normal life”, “you are disabled”, “enjoy while you are still alive and do not expect too much from life”. They forbid almost everything, no hard work, no sport, no physical effort at all!  I had two options: accept my reality and live as others want me to live or create a new reality where no one will tell me how to live and what to do. You probably guessed what I decided to do.  Sometimes it is not easy, (frequent colds, no energy for anything, trembling hands, muscle cramps and many others) but awareness that I live as I want to live not as other want to motivates me to work.  It gives me the desire to show others that you can live as you want in spite of fate not being kind to us; let me go to sleep with a smile.
