Grilled Beef Sausages

You Need:

Grilled Beef Sausages

  • Minced beef  ( 200grams )
  • 1 egg
  • brown breadcrumbs
  • feta cheese light (50grams )
  • tomatoes
  • cucumber
  • lettuce
  • natural yogurt (100ml)
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • herbs de Provence
  • pepper

 

Blend the meat with an egg, breadcrumbs and chopped onion. Add some herbs de Provence. Shape the mixture into sausages and impale them along on sticks.  Preheat oven to 200 Celsius degrees. Put them in the oven or grill for 15-20 minutes turning several times.
