Barbell Step Up

Muscles trained: Quadriceps, glutes, hamstring.

1. Stand with a barbell resting across your back and stand in front of a standard flat bench.

2. Lift your foot and place it firmly on the bench.

3. Push down with your heel, and step up onto the bench. Step down with your opposite foot and then working leg before repeating for the desired number of reps.
