E-Z Bar Standing Triceps Extension

Muscle trained: Triceps.

1. Hold the bar about shoulder-width apart on the angled portion of the bar, lift it directly overhead.

2. Keeping the weight under control, lower the bar behind your head by bending your hands at the elbows, until you feel a full stretch in your triceps. Pause briefly at the bottom and then drive the weight back up to the starting position,repeat the motion.
