Standing Barbell Behind Neck Shoulders Press

Muscles trained: Shoulders, upper trapezius, triceps.

1. Hold the bar wider than shoulder-width apart and lift it directly overhead.

2. Lower the bar behind you, toward the base of your neck. Once there, press it back up and repeat.
