Standing E-Z Bar Biceps Curl

Muscles trained: Biceps, forearms.

1. Stand holding E-Z bar with supinated grip and one foot in front of the another.

2. Keeping your upper arms still, curl the bar until your palms are almost incontact with your shoulders. Pause, lower and repeat.
