Cable Behind Neck Shoulders Press

Muscles trained: Shoulders, upper trapezius, lats.

1. Stand inside  cable station with a straight bar attached to the low pulleys.

2. Begin holding a bar just above your head with your knees bent and back straight. Lower the bar behind your head toward the base of your neck. Once there, press it back up over your head. Pause and repeat.
