Cable Flat Fly

1. Place a flat bench inside the cable station with the stirrup handles attached to the low pulleys, grab the handles and lie back on the bench.

2. Raise the handles up over your chest, keeping your elbows slightly bent, work the weights down in a wide arcing motion. When your upper arms are parallel to the floor , pause for a second and then bring the handles back up to the starting position.
