1. Stand in front of a cable station with a stirrup handle attached to the low pulley. Next, bend over at the waist with one leg positioned a full stride behind the other, Grab the handle with the same hand as the leg that’s extended behind you while resting your other hand on your front thigh.

2. With your knees bent and back straight, keep your working elbow tucked in close to your side as you extend your arm until straight. Pause for a second and then return the weight to the starting position.
