1. Stand inside a cable station with a straight bar attached to the low pulleys a bar with shoulder-width, overhand grip.

2. Holding a barbell at shoulder level, your feet shoulder-width apart and knees slightly bent, push the weight straight overhead keeping your torso upright. Pause, then slowly lower the bar back to the starting position.
