Kneeling Cable Biceps Curl

1. Stand inside a cable station with the stirrup handles attached to the high pulleys, kneel down and keep your back straight.

2. Keeping your upper arms straight, curl the weights in until your hands are next to your head. Pause for a second and then return to the starting position.
