Lying Cable Curl

Muscle trained: Biceps.

1. Lie back in front of cable station with your legs extended and a bar attached to the low pulley.

2. Keeping your elbows in close to your body, curl the weights out in front of you in a wide arc until the bar is in front of your shoulders. Pause, lower and repeat.
