One Arm Cable Lateral Raise

1. Stand aside a cable station with a stirrup handle attached to the low pulley. Next, reach across your body and grab the handle with the arm furthest away from the weight stack.

2. With your knees bent and your back straight, work the weight up and back in an arc-like manner until your hand is just about in line with your head. Pause, lower, and repeat.
