1. Stand in front of a cable station with rope handle attached to the high pulley.Stand with one foot in front of the other and keep your back straight, grab the handles and, with your upper arms positioned close to your torso.

2. Extend your arms from your chest down toward the floor until straight. Pause for a second and then return the weight back to the starting position.
