Overhead One Arm Triceps Extension

Muscles trained: Triceps.

1. Grab a dumbbell in one hand and raise overhead to arm’s length. Stand upright with your head up and feet at shoulder-width apart, keep your upper arm close to your head.

2. Lower  a dumbbell in a semicircular motion behind your head until you feel a full stretch at your triceps. Pause at the bottom and return to the starting position repeat with your other arm.
