Seated Dumbbell Shoulders Press

 

Muscles trained: Shoulders, triceps.

1. Sit on an exercise bench or specialized shoulder press bench holding a pair of dumbbells. Lift the dumbbells up just above your shoulders and with your feet flat on the floor.

2. Press the weights up until your arms are almost straight. Pause, lower and repeat. You can also do this exercise with a neutral grip to ease strain on your shoulder joints.
