Standing On Bench Lateral Single-Leg Squat

 

Muscles trained: Quadriceps, hamstring, glutes, balance.

1. Same as the one-leg squat on a bench except you will add some lateral movement to this already difficult exercise. Stand with your right foot on the bench.

2. Lower yourself and attempt to touch your left toe on the ground behind you. Repeat the set on the other leg.
