Medicine Ball Chest Throw

Purpose: Increase upper body explosive power.

1. Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart holding medicine ball in your hands. Lean forward and bring the ball to your chest.

2. Throw the ball into the floor as hard as you can. Catch the it on the rebound and immediately perform another repetition.
