Medicine Ball Overhead Throw

Purpose: Increase explosive power in your body.

1. Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart and holding a medicine ball in your hands, lift your hands above your head as high as you can.

 

2. Throw the ball down  into the floor as hard as possible. Catch the ball on the rebound and immediately perform another repetition.
