Plyometric Squat Jump

Purpose: Increase explosive power in your lower body.

1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your back straight in a neutral position, lower your body until thighs are parallel to the ground.
2. Immediately explode upwards vertically, land on both feet and bent knees, then immediately follow the next repetition.
