1. Begin lying on your back with hands straight up and legs together in the air, knees are bent at 90 - degree angle and shins are parallel to the floor. This is your starting position.

2. In slow motion, lower your straight hand and opposite leg down, stop as high as 10/20 cm above the floor. Pause for 5 sec and raise them back, change sides and repeat.
