K-Workout is a workout whose goal is to strengthen and stretch the abdominal muscles, lower part of back and leg muscles.It is invented by me as a compilationof isometric exercise, Pilates, Stretching and Yoga. This combination is more versatile workout than that of only one form, such Pilates or Yoga. Exercises are performed on the floor, so training is safe and free from injuries. Some exercisesare perfect for people over 50 years of age, people with back problems, pregnant women and children.
A special program based on this training also helps athletes.
