Purpose: Improve upper body power and quickness.
Begin in a push up position with one hand on the medicine ball. Drop down into a push up and explosively push off with the hand that is on the floor, other hand stays on the medicine ball throughout the exercise.
The hand pushing off the ground leaves the floor until it is at the same height or just above the height of the medicine ball. Lower your hand back to the floor in a controlled manner and then repeat.
