Plyo Push Up With Clap

Purpose:  Improve upper body power and reaction time.

1. Begin in the push up position.

2. Keeping your back straight, bend your elbows and lower yourself until your chest is within a couple of inches of the floor.

3. Explosively push yourself up, your hands should leave the floor, clap in your hands before they touch the floor again. Finish with your arms extended.
