Purpose: Improve body’s ability to absorb impact and strengthen core muscles.

1. Start in a push up position with your palms on the stability ball, keep your core tight.

2. Release the ball allowing yourself to fall on your stomach.

3. As you bounce off the ball, secure it with your hands and lockout the arms.
