1. Stand centrally between a band, with the edge of your trainers, resting against the inner sides of the band, keeping both feet facing forward. lie on your side with both legs and back straight, bend your hand and place the head on your palm.

2. Lift your outer leg up without changing the position of your torso. Pause, lower, and repeat.
