Standing Resistance Band One Hand Triceps Extension

1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, grab one end of the resistance band with your hand and raise your hand above your head until your arm is straight up.

2. Bend your arm at the elbow until it is behind your neck and stand on the other end of resistance band. This is your starting position, raise your forearm until it is perpendicular to the floor, focus on keeping your upper arm close to the side of your head. Pause at the top and then slowly lower your forearm to the starting position.
