Arm Swing

Purpose: Improve speed and running techniques.

Stand with your feet hip-width apart and start by swinging your arms in a sprinting motion. Try to keep about 90 degrees angle in your elbows, hands should come up to about shoulder level in front of you and should pass your gluteus in the back.
