Stability Ball Dumbbell Shoulders Press

1. Sit on a fitness ball holding a pair of dumbbells. Lift the dumbbells up just above your shoulders and, with your feet flat on the floor.

2. Press the weights up until your arms are almost straight. Pause, lower and repeat.
