Stability Ball Seated One Arm Triceps Extension

1. Sit on a stability ball with both feet firmly placed on the floor, hip-width or wider apart. Hold a dumbbell over your head with one hand.

2. Lower the dumbbell behind your head until it is just above the base of your neck in controlled manner without moving your upper arms. Pause there for a second before pressing the weight back up to the starting position.
