Calf Stretch

Muscles stretched: Gastrocnemius, soleus, plantaris, popliteus, flexor digitorum longus, flexor hallucis longus, posterior tibialis.

Stand upright, keeping one foot in place, place the other foot 1 to 2 feet behind other foot. Keeping your heels flat on the floor, lean your torso forward and slightly bend your front knee.
