I am here to help you!

Did you just start the adventure with fitness?

These pieces of advice will help you!!!

1. Fitness can be an excellent adventure that can last for life. However, be aware of the fact  that getting started you do not have to be strong and efficient just as your colleagues from the team or gym. All this will come to you after workout but  you need to have the most important character trait - PATIENCE!!!

2. Do not neglect stretching exercises!!! Your muscles need stretching. Stretched muscles better react to the training impulses.

3. Perform exercises correctly, accurately and in the full range of motion.
4. Often change the exercises, this will prevent muscles from stagnation and boredom with your workout.
5. Drink plenty of water before, during and after your workout!!!
6. Do not use supplements at the beginning, you’d better check how your body reacts to training and individual exercises. After some time, as you will know your body better, you can think of  enrichment of your diet by supplements.
7. Eat wholesome meals, when you train hard, you need good fuel.
8. Do not get discouraged!!! From time to time our body stops reacting to the workout, which is quite normal, if you survive the heavy moments, you get a reward in the form of better results.
9. Be concentrated on your workout, stop thinking about something else. Be Here and Now!!!
10. Learn,  read, ask and watch your colleagues , then you will faster reach your dream goal.
