You need:

- 250 grams of beef steak
- half a red paprika
- half an onion
- half a can of tomatoes
- 4 olives
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- oregano
- half a glass of boiled rise
- olive oil
- a quarter of a glass of red wine
- a quarter of a glass of beef broth
Slice the onions, cut tomatoes into cubes, chop paprika and olives. Heat 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a frying pan over high heat and place the meat on it. Fry the meat for about 3 minutes on both sides, then add the onion and paprika and fry for another 2 minutes, turning occasionally.
Add wine and beef broth, fry everything for another 2 minutes each side and then add the rest of the components, without rise. Reduce fire to minimum, cover the pan and leave it for about 45-60 minutes stirring from time to time. When the meat is ready, serve the dish on the plate with rise and some sauce.
