Chicken Fillet In Soya Sauce

Chicken Fillet In Soya Sauce

You need:

- 100 grams of rice
- 1 fresh chicken fillet
- a tin of green peas
- 2 spoonfuls of olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 spoonful of soya sauce
- salt.

Why these ingredients?
Chicken breast is a rich source of animal protein which is necessary if you want to build muscles and lose some fat. Owing to the fact that proteins are slowly digested and stay longer in your stomach,  you need to put quite a lot of energy in burning them. On the other hand, rice will provide you with complex carbohydrates, give you energy and complement the shortage of glycogen  in your muscles after workout whereas green peas are a rich source of vegetable proteins.
Step 1: Boil half a litre of water, add to it a pinch of salt. Then, put some rice into boiling water and cook it until soft, stirring from time to time.

Step 2. At the same time, cook green peas in water or steam.

Step 3. When the rice is soft, drain it, rinse with cold water and leave to drip.

Step 4. Rinse chicken breast and dry it with a paper towel. Put the soya sauce on a chicken fillet. Then, pour 2 spoonfuls of olive oil and when the oil is heated up, add chicken fillets. Peel the garlic and crush it with a knife. In the middle of frying, take garlic and rub the meat with it, do not do it earlier because garlic will burn and taste bitter.

Step 5. Put rice, meat and green peas on the plate and enjoy your meal!!!
