Chicken Kebab

You need:

Chicken Kebab

  • 2 Chicken fillets
  • 2 pita breads
  • 3 tomatoes
  • Salad
  • Cucumber
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Onion
  • Natural yogurt
  • Olive oil
  • pepper
Cut a chicken fillet into strips and fry it with some olive oil on the pan. In the oven or on the grill heat up the whole wheat pita bread. Put some salad, tomatoes, cucumber, onion and chicken into the pita bread. Mix natural yoghurt with garlic cloves and add it to the pita. On top, put some coriander.
