You need:
- half a kilo of tomatoes - 1 onion - 3 garlic cloves - 1 red paprika - 1 cucumber - 1 green or yellow paprika - 2 tablespoons of olive oil - salt - pepper
Put tomatoes for a few seconds into boiled water and peel them. Cut peppers, onion, cucumber and garlic into small pieces. Now mix all vegetables until smooth, add some salt and pepper. If the mass is too thick, add some water.
Put the mass into the bowl and add some olive oil. Finally, put the covered bowl into the fridge for at least 1 hour.
