You Need:

- Minced beef ( 200grams )
- 1 egg
- brown breadcrumbs
- feta cheese light (50grams )
- tomatoes
- cucumber
- lettuce
- natural yogurt (100ml)
- 1 small onion
- 1 garlic clove
- herbs de Provence
- pepper
Blend the meat with an egg, breadcrumbs and chopped onion. Add some herbs de Provence. Shape the mixture into sausages and impale them along on sticks. Preheat oven to 200 Celsius degrees. Put them in the oven or grill for 15-20 minutes turning several times.
Cut cucumbers and tomatoes into cubes and place them with lettuce on a plate. Serve the sausages with vegetables, feta cheese and yoghourt with a crushed garlic clove put on top of vegetables and add some pepper.
