You need:
- 1 egg and 3 egg whites - cottage cheese (200 grams) - oatmeal (50 grams) - strawberries (200 grams) - natural yogurt (200 ml)
Pour oatmeal into boiling water and allow it to stand for 3 minutes, then add eggs, cottage cheese (earlier drained) and mix it all to obtain the smooth mass.
Fry it on a small amount of oil. Put pancakes on plates and add natural yogurt and sliced strawberries or mix yogurt with strawberries together before adding it to the pancakes.
