1-2% - So small drop of water level in your body can cause noticeable symptoms: you start to feel thirsty, you lose appetite  and your skin is dry.

 

 

3-4% - Your organism efficiency is lower by about 50%! Your heart works faster, your body temperature is higher than normal, the blood pressure drops and you can feel hot waves, a headache and dizziness. Quite often you will have cramps in your muscles.

 

5-9% - It is very serious when your water level is that low. You feel tired and have skin irritation on your hands and legs. Your tongue is very dry and your saliva disappears.

 

10-15%-  You have convulsions, your tongue swells and there are serious disturbances in consciousness as well as delirium.
