How to eat quickly

... and be healthy

Zdjecia_071Preparing meals and composing them in order to be meaningful, takes time which we never seem to have. How to minimize the time spent in the kitchen? What to eat, when we want to eat healthy and we have little time to cook?

One of the worst enemies of our diet is a continuous rush and no time to prepare meals. As a result of it our diet is very chaotic- We eat very irregularly and a healthy breakfast spoiled by an unhealthy dinner. Sometimes we are too hungry to cook, other times we simply lack the idea of a healthy meal and after a hard day in work we don’t want to think what would be the best to eat.

A good supply is a good base

We prepare the meals with products that we have in the refrigerator. Therefore, to facilitate an access to fresh products, make sure your refrigerator is a full of healthy food. In your kitchen you should never miss fresh fruits and vegetables, diary products ( milk, yogurts, cottage cheese). Also, eggs, lean meat and fishes. Cereals, rice, pasta, wholemeal bread, nuts, dried fruits- are also products that you should consume every day. If you want to stop eating white bread, soups in powder, sweets, sausages or drinking sweet drinks- DO NOT BUY IT!
