looks similar as far as  sculpting the human  body and fail to achieve your goal if you do not provide your  is concerned. You can work  hard in the gym all day long   body with proper nutrition which can help you build your muscles.

What to eat?

Before you grab barbell, you need a small amount of a low-fat, rich in carbohydrates and protein meal. Pre-workout meal should not contain much fat, because your body has to put a lot of energy in fat digestion. The thing is that your body has to take some blood from the muscles and provide it to the digestive system to digest fat at the expense of muscles. As a result, lower muscle blood flow leads to a decrease in the supply of oxygen to our muscles. Carbohydrates are the best source of energy but before workout you’d better avoid carbohydrates with high glycemic index ( IG) as they cause a rapid increase in insulin level in blood. This will cause rapid growth of energy in your body followed by rapid decline, which will deprive you of strength. Eat carbohydrates with low glycemic index, for example, those from wholemeal bread. They are digested slowly and provide you energy for a long time.

When to eat?

The ideal time is two hours before your workout, otherwise you will feel sluggish and you will not be sure that everything you ate turned into the components to build your muscles.
