What to add to the supplements.
Many people wonder what is better. Consider pros and cons of these two fluids:
Water
Pluses:
- suitable for every supplement
- easy access
- does not slow down digestion
- does not contain calories (if you want to get rid of kilograms)
Minuses:
- no taste
- does not contain calories (if you want to put on weight)
Milk
Pluses:
- increases the caloric value of supplements (if you want to gain in weight)
- better taste
- contains calcium
Minuses:
- causes digestive problems for some people
- slows down digestion
- not all supplements can be mixed with milk
- increases the caloric value of supplements (if you want to lose kilograms)
So, decide for yourself which one to choose. Anyway, why does it have to be just milk or water? Why not juice, yoghurt or other fluid ???
